Our CEO Letter to Customers During COVID-19

Dear Customers and Visitors,

While the world is still recovering from the economic implications caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the burden should not be exclusive on individuals to do their role in the recovery, thus taking the right steps to ensure better outcomes. Companies must take part in sharing that burden.

One of our roles in Hybrid Solutions is that we ensure the business continuity with high standards and the best support possible for our customers and partners. Adopting all the possible means to keep the prudent services we offer to our clients.

We are sharing our CEO Mr. Akram Majed's letter with our clients and partners. Hybrid Solutions team is acting to ensure our responsibility to overcome the challenges caused by COVID-19, while also doing everything in our power to recover from the disruption as quickly as possible. Together, we all shall get through.

Dear Valued Customer/Partner,

During these hard times with the COVID-19 pandemic, as your partner, Hybrid Solutions is committed to enabling you to use your trading applications without any interruption and to keep supporting your business. We want to assure you that we have plans and procedures to continue serving you our products and services throughout this crisis; while also keeping your employees, our employees, healthy and safe. We are well-equipped to work from home productively without losing business continuity throughout our offices around the globe. No difference in providing the key functions of Customer Support, Services, and Sales, Hybrid Solutions is a remote-friendly company, that uses redundant state-of-the-art cloud-based tools, to continue serving you even through the new lifestyle disruptions in various regions as we are seeing with this pandemic.

Support cases are treated with high standards and processed with caution until they are solved with our standard SLA so that no interruption nor stoppage to our client's business happens. Our support engineers are highly trained and skilled to assist our customers/partners 24/6 with no interruption, as our distributed team that will ensure the continuity of the business. Similarly, our customer relationships are managed by a distributed team, with individuals in many locations. Therefore, in all aspects, we are well-positioned to continue servicing our customers.

During these hard times, we did not stop taking the necessary security measures to protect our customers and all the VertexFX users from outside attacks on their servers, so we have been working so hard in the past time on adopting all the latest security technologies and applying the strictest rules on the APIs and its usage, eliminating any unauthorized connection to our clients' servers which might sabotage their businesses.
