You can make any money transaction (Deposit, Withdrawal, Adjustment, Credit In or Credit Out) in the VertexFX Backoffice for a certain account. This can be done by selecting the desired account on the accounts tree then right click and choose the Money option, a list as the following image will show up for you.

MoneyOptions

1- Deposit

There are some cases when the clients will request from their dealer to add money to their accounts, on other words to deposit an amount of money to their accounts. So whenever the dealer wants to deposit an amount of money, at first the dealer will select the desired accounts for that client then Right Click Choose Money and Deposit. Then a window as the following will appear:

  • In this window you can see that the first option is the Amount Blank. You can insert the desired amount of money to add to the selected account. You must insert this amount in positive signal (+).
  • The second option is the Description blank. You can write a note to remind the dealer for the reason that you made this activity for this account.
  • The third option here is the timing that the dealer wants the depositing to be reflected to the account, here it is shown as a button and either can be Now (once the dealer presses submit it will affect) or it can be set on a defined date/time.
  • At the end the dealer will press Submit.

2- Withdrawal

Withdrawal function is to take out money from the account's balance. Whenever the dealer wants to withdraw an amount of money, at first the dealer should select the desired account for that client then Right Click Choose Money and Withdrawal. Then a window as the following will appear:

  • In this window you can see that the first option is the Amount Blank. You can insert the desired amount of money to cut it from the selected account. You must insert this amount in positive signal (+).
  • The second option is the Description blank. You can write a note to remind the dealer for the reason that he made this activity for this account.
  • The third option here is the timing that the dealer wants this cutting of to be reflected to the account, here it is shown as a button and either can be Now (once the dealer presses submit it will affect)  or it can be set on a defined date/time.
  • At the end the dealer will press Submit.

3- Adjustment

One of the activities that the dealer can do while exercising on the VertexFX system is to make an adjustment on money that belongs to a certain account which already exists on that dealer tree. Whenever the dealer wants to do this activity, he only needs to select the desired account for adjusting, press right click, then Money and choose Adjustment. Then a window as the following will appear:

  • In this window you can see that the first option is the Amount Blank. You can insert the desired amount of money to the selected account. You can insert this amount in positive signal (+) to add an amount of money, or you can insert it in negative signal (-) to cut amount of his money balance.
  • The second option is the Description blank. You can write a note to remind the dealer for the reason that you made this activity for this account.
  • The third option here is the timing that the dealer wants this adjustment to be reflected to the account, here it is shown as a button and either can be Now (once the dealer presses submit it will start the affect) or it can be set on a defined date/time.
  • At the end the dealer will press Submit.

4- Credit In

There are some cases when the clients will request from their dealer to add some money to their account as a dept and the client will pay the dealer later on, the reason for that is to keep the account from being liquidated. Of course the client has to be trusted to pay the dealer later; In this case, the inserted money is called Credit-In. The dealer will start those steps by selecting the desired account for that client and Right Click on it then select Money and then choose Credit-In. Then a window as the following will appear:

  • In this window you can see that the first option is the Amount Blank. You can insert the desired amount of money to add them to the selected account. You must insert this amount in positive signal (+).
  • The second option is the Description blank. You can write a note to remind the dealer for the reason that he made this activity for this account.
  • The third option here is the timing that the dealer wants this transaction to be reflected to this account, here it is shown as a button and either can be now (once the dealer presses submit it will affect) or it can be set on a defined date/time.
  • At the end the dealer will press Submit.
  • We recommend if the client paid cash later, make the deposit first then make a credit out.

5- Credit Out

There are some cases when some clients will request from their dealer to cut some money from their accounts as a dept, and the dealer will pay the client later on. Of course the dealer has to be trusted to pay the client later; In this case the money which is cut from the account is called Credit-Out. The dealer will start those steps by selecting the desired account for that client at first and right click then Money and choose Credit-Out.

  • The third option here is the timing that the dealer wants this transaction to be reflected to the account, here it is shown as a button and either can be now (once the dealer presses submit it will affect) or it can be set on a defined date/time.
  • At the end the dealer will press Submit.
