Syntax

 Public Function Spread(ByRef symbolID As Integer) As Object

Description

This method is used to return the spread value for the given symbol, this value depends on spread value for the selected account 

Parameters

Parameter Description 
SymbolID Trading Symbol ID, value of type Integer

Return value

Returns the spread value. 

Sample

 Private Sub BtnSpread_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles BtnSpread.Click

          Dim sym As COSymbol

          sym = API.SymbolByName("EUR/USD")

          Msgbox(API.spread(sym.ID)

 End Sub
