Sending Mails in Web Trader

You can use the option of sending mail from the web trader to send mails to the department from dealing room side, this option is place on home toolbar of the web trader site.

By selecting this option it opens a small window as the following image.

After you select your department and the mail subject, fill the content of your mail and when you finish press on the Send button.
