The administration panels consist of seven windows, each window has its functionality and options. You can show/ hide any administration panel from the View Toolbar.
1- Chatting Window
The chatting screen is one of the most important windows for dealing room in the VertexFX Backoffice if you handle the clients orders manually. Through this window, your dealers will be able to accept, reject, re-quote or pass the clients orders to another dealer.
This window is separated to two parts. The upper part is for clients market orders and the lower part is for the limit/ stop and TP/ SL orders if the Auto broker option for limit/ stop and TP/ SL is OFF.
In the left side of this window there are the buttons for controlling the received orders and these options are as the following:
Button Name
Description
Accept
To accept the indicated order with red arrow. If you want to re-quote this order before accepting it, press on the +1, +10, +50, -1, -10 or -50 button to change the price of the order sent price then press accept.
Market
To change the sent price with the market price for the indicated market order with red arrow before accepting this order.
Pass
To pass the indicated market order with red arrow to another chatting screen if there is another dealer opening the chatting screen.
Reject
To reject the indicated market order with red arrow.
Ignore
To ignore the hit of the indicated limit/ stop or TP/SL order with red arrow.
Multi Select CheckBox
To multi select Market/ Limit Stop orders and apply the desired action to the pending order in Chatting Screen.
The market orders part (upper part) consists of the following columns which are filled with the details of each received market order:
Column Name
Description
Order (Time)
Shows the order ID and (the request time) of each market order on the chatting screen.
Account
Shows the account ID and (name) of each market order on the chatting screen.
Type
Shows the type (New/ Close) of each market order on the chatting screen.
Trade
Shows the type (Buy/ Sell),amount and symbol name of each market order on the chatting screen.
Price
Shows the requested price of the symbol from the client side of each market order on the chatting screen.
Open (Profit/ Loss)
Shows the open price and (the amount of profit/ loss) of each close market order on the chatting screen.
Market Price
Shows the current market price of the symbol of each market order on the chatting screen.
Sent Price
Shows the price of the symbol which will be sent to the client of each market order on the chatting screen.
The limit/ stop and TP/SL part (lower part) consists of the following columns which are filled with the details of each received limit/ stop or TP/SL order:

Shows the account ID and (name) of each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.

Shows the type (limit, stop, TP or SL order) of each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
Trade
Shows the type (Buy/ Sell), amount and symbol name of each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
Price
Shows the requested price from the client side of each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
Open (Profit/ Loss)
Shows the open price and (the amount of profit/ loss) of each close limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
Hit Price
Shows the hit price for each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
Market Price
Shows the current market price of the symbol for each limit/ stop or TP/ SL on the chatting screen.
Sent Price
Shows the price of the symbol which will be sent to the client for each limit/ stop or TP/ SL order on the chatting screen.
2- Delivery Chatting Window
In delivery chatting screen the dealing room dealers will be able to accepting/rejecting the clients delivery orders.
It consists of the following options and columns:

To reject the indicated delivery order
Order(time)
Shows the delivery order ID and (the requested time) of each delivery order
Account
Shows the account ID and (name) of each delivery order
Type
Shows the delivery type (Buy/Sell) of each delivery order
Trade
Shows the amount and symbol name of each delivery order
Price
Shows the requested price of each delivery order
Description
Shows the delivery item description of each delivery order
Market Price
Shows the current market price of each delivery order
3- Online Sessions Window
This window shows all the online clients and dealers on your system with some details of their connection. Beside the online sessions tab there is the count of the online sessions inside the brackets.
If you put the mouse pointer over the Online Sessions screen, you will see how many online Users/Dealers you have at the current moment.
If you press right click on this window you can use the following options:

Disconnect Session
To disconnect the selected session whether it is for a client or a dealer from the system.
Report
Opens a printable HTML report for all the online sessions.
View Settings
Opens a window which allow you to edit the settings of viewing the online session window.
Maximize
Maximizes the online session window.
4- Floating Status Window
The floating status window shows all details referred to the open positions for your clients.
If you want to check the floating status of a certain client/ office from the accounts tree, right click on this client/ office and choose Backoffice Status, then this window will be updated depending on your client/ office open positions.
If you press right click on this window you can use the following options:

Opens a printable HTML report for the floating status.
View Settings
Opens a window which allow you to edit the settings of viewing the floating status window.
Maximize
Maximizes the floating status window.
5- Settled Status Window
The settled status window shows all details referred to the closed positions for your clients.
If you want to check the settled status of a certain client/ office from the accounts tree, right click on this client/ office and choose Backoffice Status, then this window will be updated depending on your client/ office closed positions.
If you press right click on this window you can use the following options:

Period
You can choose the period of the settled status (Last Day, Last 2 Days, Last 4 Days, Last Week, Last 2 Weeks, Last Month, Last 2 Months, Custom Period or All History).
Report
Opens a printable HTML report for the settled status.
View Settings
Opens a window which allow you to edit the settings of viewing the settled status.
Maximize
Maximizes the settled status window.
6- Transaction Log Window
The transaction log window will show you the recent transaction done in your system, beside the transaction log tab there is the row count of the transactions inside the brackets.
If you want to see the recent transactions for a certain client/ office just double click on this client/ office from the accounts tree, or select the desired client/ office from the accounts tree then right click and choose Transaction Log.
You can specify the number of rows you want to appear on the transaction log screen (how many transactions) from the configuration tab of the System Options.
If you press right click on this window you can use the following options:

Filter
By choosing this option, a new window will open which allow you to filter the content of the transaction log screen.
Report
Opens a printable HTML report for the transactions log.
View Settings
Opens a window which allow you to edit the settings of viewing the transactions log.
Maximize
Maximizes the transactions log window.

7- Reports Window
Many reports can be generated using the VertexFX Backoffice which helps you to know details about your clients and their transactions or any transactions done in the system.
By pressing right click on the reports window, a list will open as the following image:
