Can I upgrade from Plan to a another one?

As the system plans are chosen base on your company scale, for small companies they can start with the SE1 and upgrade in the future to the SE2 and EE, which three of them have same functionality and only differ on the capacity of concurrent users. How much I have to pay for the latest VertexFX Version while I am not "System Updates Subscriber"?

In case you are not a System Updates Subscriber, you can any time buy the latest VertexFX Platform by calculating the number of months since your last system update purchased and multiply it by $1000.

Example:

You have VertexFX Version 9.1.2, you got it in SEP-2012 and you decided to buy VertexFX 10.2 in DEC-2013 and you are not System updates Subscriber.

number of missed months = 14 * $1000 = $14,000

Nominally this is double the system updates cost if you are already subscribing with it which costs $500/month according to the current system updates cost (14 * $500 = $7000) in the above example). It is highly advised to subscribe in system updates to keep your system uptodate all the time and avoid paying more money for new versions when missing them.
