If your clients are facing latency on the system from their side, and the status bar shows "Waiting Mode" (which means that the system is loading your client data), and the waiting took too much time, check the following: 1. If you noticed that the internet is working well, then from the login window, use Server 2, which is another port to the same server. It's used in the case when Server (Port 1) is busy; Server 1 (Port 1) sometimes becomes busy because of internet connection problems. 2. To understand the network speed between your side and server side, you can do a test using the Command Prompt by going to Start --> Run --> type CMD then press enter. In the Command Prompt window type tracert IPaddress. Replace the IP Address with the destination IP Address), it will show you the internet and network speed from each node to another, starting from you PC IP to another....to reach to server IP. From the trace root result, if you noticed that there are some stars on some nodes, it means that you are facing a network issue and you have to contact your ISP and let them check you Internet Connectivity, the same thing with your clients. Bulk Connnection To monitor this case you can access the server and see that the Vertex Gateway is having that bulk connection in the log while it's processing their connection.
