Can I change my system company name and contact info?

As part of our company transparency policy, system company name cannot be changed. Instead, New White Label can be ordered and Dealers can manually move clients themselves to the new WL.. Clients (traders) need to download new client terminal to start trading with the new company WL. WL delivery is 2-3 working days.

Alternatively, if the company is still brand new and no active traders are still there, they can order for system re-preparation and this can be done within 2-3 days. Clients need again to download the new client terminal to start trading..

As for the contact info, if the new contact info is not to a level of changing the company name they can be updated in the help about only with new Fix update to this company but this needs management approval and special MOU.
