I made take profit on one of my open positions, and when the T/P hit its price, it didn’t get executed. What should I do?

That may happen when you open a position with 2 lots for example then manage that position with T/P or S/L on the 2 lots.
After that, if the amount of the position has been updated to be 1 lot instead of 2 lots at the same time that there is still a mange on that position with 2 lots which causes a conflict that prevents the order from being hit.

To avoid this case, before updating the amount of a position you have to re-manage the position and change the amount that you want to manage to be the same or less than the one you want to update to.
