Public Function GUIMouseMove(formId As String, controlID As String, x As Integer, y As Integer)


This function used to generate to handle the mouse down event on a control.


Key Description 
formId Form identifier, must be a number greater than 3000 and less than 10,000.
controlID Control identifier. If it was an empty string, this means that the event has been raised for the form.
X x coordinates for the mouse position
y coordinates for the mouse position
