Broadcast message:

By this option you will be able to type a message and send it to your online client(s).

For example you want to broadcast a message to your online clients to inform them with any urgent news, so press right click on the top of your accounts tree and choose Broadcast Message. Then fill the new window with the desired text to be broadcasted to your online clients and press on the Broadcast button, for example check the following image:

Then this message will be received to your online clients, for example check following image:

Broadcast SMS:

By this option you will be able to type a message and send it to your online client(s) mobile number, if you set a correct mobile number in the SMS configuration option for your client(s). All what is needed is to select the desired account from the accounts tree and choose Broadcast SMS. a window as the following will appear for you:

After you fill the body of the SMS press on the Broadcast button and this message will be sent as SMS to your client mobile phone.
