In the Dealer Tree there are many options can be found as the following:

1- New

From the new option you will be able to create new Dealer, Department or group.

New Dealer

Choose this option if you want to create a new dealer and a new window will appear as the following, and after you fill all the blanks press on the Submit button so a new dealer will be added to your dealers tree.

New Department

By choosing this option you will create a new department on your dealer tree, this option will help you to organize your dealers appearance on the dealers tree, and you can create many departments, each one have a separate parameters so the containing dealers will inherit those parameters. After choosing this option a new window will appear as the following, and after you fill all the blanks press on the Submit button.

New Group 

This options is as like the new department option, by choosing this option you will create a new group on your dealer tree, this option will help you to organize your dealers appearance on the dealers tree, and you can create many groups each one have a separate parameters so the containing dealers will inherit those parameters. After choosing this option a new window will appear as the following, and after you fill all the blanks press on the Submit button.

2- Edit

From the edit option you will be able to edit your Dealer(s), Department(s) or group(s) information.

Edit Department

When you want to change the information of a certain department in your dealers tree, right click on it and choose the edit option, and after you finish from editing its information press on the Submit button.

Edit Group

When you want to change the information of a certain group in your dealers tree, right click on it and choose the edit option, and after you finish from editing its information press on the Submit button.

Edit Dealer

When you want to change the information of a certain dealer in your dealers tree, right click on it and choose the edit option, and after you finish from editing its information press on the Submit button.

3- Transfer

Use this option to transfer any dealer from his current group/ department to another desired group/ department. When you apply this option on any dealer, a small green arrow appears beside the selected dealer, ex: , then after you choose the second group/ department press right and choose the option transfer to here .

You can also transfer any dealer, group or department by dragging it and drop it to the desired place in the dealer’s tree.

4- Send Mail

Using this option you can send an email to a certain dealer, department or group and you dealers will receive the sent mail in their Mailbox Panel. When you choose this option a new window will appear as the Send Mail option in the accounts tree.

5- Parameters

From the parameters option any option inside the system can be granted or revoked to/from dealer depending on the level of that Dealer “regarding to your Business plan”. These privileges can be set for a certain group/ department to be grouped and accordingly granted as one group; we will start talking about all these parameters and explain all of them.

Symbols Tab

From this tab you can show or hide the symbol(s) that belong a certain dealer, department or group will have privileges on, and that is by setting it to true for each desired symbol(s) from the symbols tree then press on the OK button.

Privilege Tab

This tab contains all the system options as privileges, you can grant any privilege(s) for a certain dealer, department or group by setting to True or revoke any privilege(s) by setting it to False, then press on the OK button. Check the list of privileges in the VertexFX system.

General Tab

This tab contains the dealer’s private sliding news, you can change it for any certain dealer, department or group by double clicking on it and change it to override and type the desired news which will appear on the private sliding news bar, then press on the OK button.

6- Delete

To delete a certain dealer, department or group from your dealers tree, just right click on it and choose delete. For sure you will not be able to delete any dealer from the dealers tree how had done transactions in the system.
