Using the mailbox option you will be able to send mails to your client(s)/office(s), by right clicking on the desired node from the accounts tree and choose the mailbox option, and you will be able to choose wither to send the mail to the selected client, or to broadcast the mail to the entire clients/offices inside the selected group, or to send the mail to the only to the clients/offices inside the selected group.

After you decide to whom you will send the mail a new window will open as the following:

When this window open you will notice that the client(s)/office(s) name will be filled in the TO blank, and you can edit it manually if you want. Then type the subject of the mail, and fill the body of the mail with the desired text. After you finish press on the Send button so your mail will be sent to your client(s)/office(s), then they will receive the mail in their Mailbox Panel to read it.
